Library Group Study Room Reservations
1. Study rooms may be reserved at Pepperdine University Libraries by groups of two or more persons up to one week in advance. Reservations may be made in-person at the Checkout/Information Desk or by calling:

2. A group may reserve a study room for up to two hours per day (three hours a day at Drescher and Irvine). After that time, a group may continue to use the room only if it has not been reserved by another group.
3. Individuals may use study rooms which have not been previously reserved by a group. Individuals may wish to check the reservation schedule at the Circulation Desk before occupying a room. Groups are given priority over individuals when all rooms are occupied.
4. Rooms will only be held for fifteen minutes after their reserved times, after which they are considered to be open and available.
5. There is a special study room sheet for Payson Library during the last two weeks of the semester because Payson is open 24 hours a day during that time of year. This special study room sheet will be put out two weeks before finals begin.
