Donating Materials to the Libraries

Pepperdine Libraries greatly appreciate offers of donations of materials that will enrich existing collections and support the instructional and research mission of the University. However, with the increasing availability of electronic resources as well as budgetary and space constraints, Pepperdine Libraries will only accept gifts that comply with library materials selection policies.

Please call 310.506.7681 or email Colleen Mullally, associate university librarian for collections, technical services, and scholarly communications, before sending or dropping off donations. If there are more than 25 items, donors are required to provide a list of gift materials which includes author, title, and year of publication for each item before acceptance. Not all accepted items may be added to collections, and no donor restrictions may be placed on their use.
